Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free trial

The first 7 days of Telegram notifications are free and no card is required. If you do not activate a subscription, notifications simply stop and nothing is charged.

Subscription

The subscription costs 1,490 RSD per month and renews automatically each month on the date of the first payment. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancellation

• Send /status to the Telegram bot, choose “Upravljaj pretplatom” (Manage subscription), then cancel the subscription.
• Or email kontakt@autolovac.com from the address or Telegram account you signed up with.
• After cancelling there are no further charges. Notifications continue until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

• We refund your first payment in full if you request it within 14 days, no reason needed.
• If you were charged by mistake (for example after cancelling, or twice), we refund that payment in full.
• Other monthly payments are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime.
• Refunds go back to the same card within 5 business days of the request. Your bank may take a few more days.
