Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data AutoLovac processes, why, and what your rights are, in line with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL).

Controller

The data controller is the service operator named at the bottom of this page. Contact for any data questions: kontakt@autolovac.com.

What data we process

  • Your email address (optional) and search criteria (make, model, year, price) entered in the form.
  • Your Telegram chat ID, if you connect the Telegram bot.
  • Subscription data from the payment processor (Stripe): status and expiry date. We never see or store card numbers.
  • The time and IP address of your consent, as proof of consent.
  • Visit source (UTM parameters, Meta click identifiers and the _fbc/_fbp cookies) to measure advertising.

Purpose and legal basis

  • Sending listing notifications: your consent, which you can withdraw anytime.
  • Billing and managing the subscription: performance of a contract.
  • Measuring advertising performance: legitimate interest, with the right to object.

Recipients

Our service providers process data only as needed to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), Telegram (message delivery), Stripe (payments), Meta Platforms (ad measurement, with a hashed email address) and PostHog (site analytics and session recordings without entered data). Some of them process data outside Serbia under standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer basis.

Retention

While you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe we delete your search criteria and Telegram link within 30 days, except payment records we must keep under accounting regulations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to kontakt@autolovac.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).

Listing data

AutoLovac shows publicly available vehicle listing data (price, year, mileage, location) and a link to the original listing. We do not collect seller names or phone numbers.
